BRP replacement

Hi guys I wanted to know I'm applying for brp replacement card as my wife brp card is lost

I'm stuck on section 6 in the application but on section 3 its says is says I do not need to provide current passport if I'm applying for a replacement like for like We can accept a BRP(RC) application without a passport or travel document in the following
circumstances:
•the BRP(RC) application is made for a straight like-for-like replacement of a lost / stolen BRP or
ISD (there are no change of personal details etc),
and;
•The initial BRP or ISD was issued less than two years ago
and what needs to be sent as I can send a gas and eletricty bill letter its says Proof of your identity by supplying any number of the documents identified below which con-
firm your name and address. Please indicate the items you are sending by ticking the boxes
below:

If I just send the gas and electricity bill in my wife's name would that be fine let me know guys.

The BRP card was issued less then two years ago so I'm fine not sending the pasport.

This is the easiest home office application lol I just need clarification if I'm right.
