Visitor visa - inviting family members to the UK

Post by Haiman94 » Sat Jul 02, 2016 9:53 pm

Hi all,
I have got a slightly awkward situation and would like some advice on this, please.

I am to invite my mother into the UK and whilst doing the relevant paper work it transpired that her actual date of birth is slightly different ( by 2 months) to what is stated on my original birth certificate. :o (just the month and date - likely a basic copying error by the admin clerk when I was born)

Therefore in order for me to invite her to the UK, what steps I should be taking given the above circumstances and would it affect my previous applications where I have put the " wrong date of birth of mother" although it was legitimate and reflected the same on the government database, at the time.

I would greatly appreciate your sincere comments
