Doubt on EEA-PR: section 11 C & D (Children & Marriage)

Hello,

I am a non-EU citizen married to a EEA national and with a British child.
I was completing the EEA-PR form and I've got a doubt about section 11.

On Section 11.C we ticked 11.14 as we've got a child together and then on 11.17 we ticked 'No', as our child is British already and doesn't need to be included in the application.

My doubt is then related to section D (Marriage). It seems important to me, however following the redirections in section C (for Children info) they don't mention that we should complete it, do they?

and let me know what you understand? Wondering why section C doesn't ask you to complete section D if you've ticked 'No' in C-11.17. It seems both section are not related to me?
