Confirmation of documents

Hi, i applied for a spouse visa 2 weeks ago via fast track in pakistan. I was wondering if sheffield send a confirmation email to say that they have received the supporting documents?

They have been confirmed as delivered by royal mail but no corespondence from sheffeild.
