3rd party declaration - legal representative letter

Post by stevemartinov » Tue Jul 05, 2016 3:47 pm

I am applying for a tier 1 entrepreneur visa and relying on third party funds (whicb have been already transferred to my account). Signing a valid declaration, what should the notary state as a legal representative of the declaration? I have this text from the notary:
I, XXXX, notary of the city X, acting on the government license number of YYY from DATE, issued by the ministry of justice, can validate the signatures which are contained in the third party declaration made by X and Y. Personalities have been identified, capacities have been checked.
Is this a right letter format? Will I face problems if I supply this letter as a legal representative?

There are no format requirements regarding the notarisation of the third party declaration letter.
