AR Unsuccessful how many days to reapply

Hello Everyone,
I was refused on 15/04/2016 simply because of my FPS format, My AR reufsal letter came this morning after two and half months, upholding the same refusal reason and nothing more.
The Further Information section in the letter states that "If you have any reason to stay in the UK that you have not already told us about, you must tell us now or at the latest within 14 days of receiving this letter".

I thought one normally have up to 28days to make another fresh application, as my 90 days maintenance fund is to complete 90 in 20 days time, after which I will be confident to make a fresh application.

My question is that, how many days does one have to make a fresh application after AR is refused?? I will appreciate if any evidential link can be supplied.

Sorry to hear about refusal. What was the problem with your FPS? What did you submit?

My accountant uses sageone payrol, which only shows the date your submission was made and the submission status. So The CW argued that there was no employee names and other details showing on the FPS. However, I submitted alongside P11, P60 and Payslips, which they could extract those information from. Just like the case of Rajm.
