Hi,
what and how can we re-enter UK if we are holding Tier 2 ICT Skills Transfer Visa?

If Skill Transfer VISA is getting expired in next month then how, when and under which VISA type can we re-apply and get an entry UK.

You can re-enter UK only on Tier 2 ICT (Long term) visa without a 12 month cool-off. All other Tier 2 categories will have a cool-off of 12 months before you can apply. Also, you need to go back and apply for entry clearance visa from your home country.

If you are going through a genuine sponsor, they should now the exact process of how and what to do.

Entry clearance means - You cannot apply for Long Term ICT visa from within UK. You will have to go back to your home country and apply from there to re-enter UK on a new visa.

I had travel UK when it was 10 months 15 days with my Employer, now if I want to re-enter UK do I need to complete 12 months or just 1 month 15 days [10m15d + 1m15d] before re-applying for ICT tier 2 Long term Visa
