Need to understand Cooling Off period

Hi Gurus,

I came to uk on Tier 2 ICT Long term but switched in country to PBS dependent in Jan 2016 as my ICT term came to an end and my wife is working on Tier 2 general. Now there are companies who want to sponsor tier 2 general to me as I was on PBS dependent and qualified. My question is, is cooling off of my previous Tier 2 ICT visa still applicable to me as it is there in my 12 month history still. I didnt left country due to expiry of ICT so not sure if it is applicable to me. -- Rohit

Yes, it is still applicable. 12 months from the day you switched to T2 dependent visa.
