Returning back from India to UK with new passport

I came to UK from India two months back on Intra Company Transfer Tier-2 VISA.

I have the Indian Passport on which I have UK visa stamped which was valid for one month. For further stay I got BRP(Resident Permit)card of UK valid till April, 2017. Type of Permit is "T2 ICT Short Term Leave to Enter".

My Indian passport is currently having blank surname. I am planning to travel back to India for two weeks to get my passport updated with given name as "Ram" and surname as "Singh". I will be getting new passport issued in India with my name split into given name and surname.

Once I get new passport ,I will be coming back to UK and at that time I will be having my new passport (with name split into given name and surname) , old passport (cancelled and on which I have my UK visa stamp) and BRP card (associated to old name).

Do I need to execute any other step to re-enter UK (visa transfer) or I can enter UK with above 3 documents.

keep visa card with u while u travel back.

I think you should also update the UK HO if your name changes on your passport. Please check

Once you return to UK with your new passport, you are required to do this:

Yes, I need to update it. But my question is while re-entering it wont be updated. Will it be an issue at that time?

I think it should not be an issue.
