EEA family permit appeal hearing won

Thank God, I won my wife eea family permit appeal hearing today in london and I did it without any solicitor.

Now that you opened a new topic, can you please provide more evidence? The timelines? How long did the whole procedure take? Why did they refuse it initially? Etc etc.

We got married in jan 2015 in Nigeria and she applied for the eea famiy in lagos Nigeria, april 2015, it was refused on marriage of convenience. So she submitted the appeal in june 2015 and they wrote me in may 2016 and gave me july 8th 2016 appeal hearing date, asking me to send bundle of evidence to the tribunal. So I sent my 1 year calls log(showing her number) ,evidence that I was in nigeria this jan 2016, evidence of money I have been sending to her for the past 18 months and some pics as well. The home office representative didnt show up at the court today and the judge was even friendly and asked some few questions.
