MN1 form for naturalisation help

Post by sumitt » Fri Jul 08, 2016 5:44 pm

Hi,

I am applying for my daughter's Naturalisation under section 1(3) :Uk born child parents settled category.

Question 1: Referees: I have take a reference from manager of the day care my daughter goes to and other from a family friend. is that fine?
Question 2: Finger prints date and place.: I don't remember if fingerprints were taken for my daughter or not as it was done around 1.5 years back in India VFS. My daughter was around 10 months at that time. I don't seems to have any documents in that regard and the feeling is it was not done.

What are the bio metric requirement for infants for UK entry clearance. or simply what should i fill.
Any help will be great.

Sumitt

If one is a professional and you have known them both for the appropriate time;
also:
  • they are not related to you (or each other);
    not your representative;
    they have no unspent convictions (& etc)
- then all should be well.

Minors of such tender years do not submit fingerprints for visas.
