business statements vs personal statements

Hi

please need a advice on this

my business is registered under England and wales category(business address is in London and business trading address and registered address in London same address)

my business bank account address is London and personal maintenance funds in current account address is registered in Edinburgh (Scotland), there is any issue with england and scotland addresses

at the moment my company registered address and trading trading is same (London address), is it ok to change only my registered address to Edinburgh (Scotland address) and trading address same as London address

any problem for my visa extension in relation to these two different addresses.

Hi Nani,
It is not possible to change company registered office address to Scotland once you registered he company in England & Wales. I think its easier to change personal account address rather than company address. You better take expert advice before doing anything.

You cannot change the registered address of your company to Scotland. You are allowed to change only the service address.
