Need expert advise regarding tier 2 dependant child visa

I need to get some information regarding tier 2 dependant visa.my company has issued me a cos of 5 years.now 2 years has passed and my remaining visa is for 2 years and 10 months .Now i have to apply for my new born child.today i filled an application and HO is asking me for 5 years fee which is £ 1328 instead of £ 664.Please advise me how much i have to pay the fee.i think i have to pay for three years fee.need expert advise ASAP.
