I have requested my passport back from EEA1 Permanent residence application I have made 4 months ago. I have requested the passport back around 15 working days ago, 5 days ago I have filled in "Report that you have not received your documents" (https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... quiry.ofml), after 3 working days there was still nothing so I called the home office and I was told that the service time for that request is 10 working days and that they won't help me before. What should I do? I already missed an important flight I was supposed to be on today and I have requested for my passport back over 15 working days ago. Will home office send me an email before they send out my passport or will it just arrive? I have also since moved home and redirected mail by Royal Mail redirection - will the passport be redirected to my new address? (will the supporting documents be redirected?) Finally how can I change the address? I have found the address change form on the Home Office website (https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... pdate.ofml) which allows address update however they require 1 of following: ARC, BRP or Passport number - none of which I currently have (never had ARC or BRP, my passport is held by the home office so I don't have my passport number!). I'm a EU citizen, I don't know how to proceed with this anymore...
