ROR non-EU and Brexit

Post by Nimitta » Tue Jul 12, 2016 6:35 pm

ROR non-EU citizens according to the Regulations 2006, as the HO puts it in the letter sent with the ROR RC, must exercise the Treaty rights as if they were EU nationals. It is tempting to conclude that whatever is said about the EU citizens in the process of Brexit and after thereof should be applicable to the ROR non-EU citizens as well. Is that right?

It all depends. Because of where the right is aquired from in my opinion whatever happen to EU national will affect their family member. But the HO might make a huge application fee over all the senario and it might also be for the new application. Just let wait and see the outcome of the negotiation from Brussel.
It is really good to help and everyone deserve to be respected in life. Good luck.
