Hi
I am currently having leave to remain under Tier 2 ICT LTS.
I am looking to apply for a switch to Tier 4 dependent status from within the UK. I believe i can apply for Tier 4 dependent right away.
Can someone please let me know if i can switch from Tier 4 dependent to Tier 2 General later on? If yes,
I would like to know the minimum time gap mandated for doing this after the initial switching application of Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 dependent.
Is there any kind of cooling off when you switch visas in country?

12 month cool off period from the moment you switch to Tier 4 if you want to move to Tier 2 General later on.
You cannot switch to Tier 2 General from Tier 4 dependent in country. It will be a fresh entry clearance from your home country

Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.
