Flr(fp)

Post by kaliarajaa » Thu Jul 14, 2016 2:38 am

Hi
I am new in this forum and don't know how to use so this is my first attempt if anyone is too kind to help me out.
My Situation
I came in UK October 2006 in student visa
Student visa until January 2012
From February 2012 to October 2015 over stayed.
October 2015 HO enforcement got me from my work illegally and tried to detain but failed because of my family.
Till then reporting to HO in every 12 weeks.

07th March 2016 appied for flr(fp) on the basis of 7 years child uk born on march 2009.
REFUSED on 4th of July 2016
Gave me appeal right on first tribunal by 18th July 2016.

Need EXPERT suggestions please.
What to do???

What is your child's nationality?

Are you legally married to the child's parent?
