How do I apply for a new application with an inactive visa?

Post by Oluwasike » Thu Jul 14, 2016 1:49 pm

Hello House,

I traveled to the UK in 2014 with my daughter on a 10days vacation making our 4th visit respectively and our visa valid for 2 years, we had issue with the immigration officer as regard money on hand, the address I filled contradicts my earlier arrangement to stay in an hotel, at the end we were given temporary admission for 13 days and our passport seized but was released on the day we traveled back to Nigeria, I have used 2 different solicitors to appeal the decision on the canceled or making the visa active all prove abortive but there was no ban of us reapplying for visa on each of the Judge decision.

The visa suppose to expire few days to come, what can I do please? as I still will to go visits UK on vacation.

You're entitled to re-apply for a visitor visa, but in the circumstances the chance of it being granted are slim.
