SETO 7.12 and 7.15

Hi,

can you help please....

I got a Police warning for shoplifting (no penalty) - in 2013 its more than 31 months since I got the warning.... I am due to apply my ILR in this month...

the Warning letter says that... it will stay in Police records for 24 months and during which time the information will be available to all police forces

I got few questions... please help me with your experience...

1. Do I still need to declare the warning in the ILR - SET(O) application?

2. if yes,

I have to answer (tick) 7.12 as Yes and Answer 7.15 with details in the white space? is that correct?
