EU National need help filling EEA (PR) sections

Hello all!
I am an EU national who has lived and worked full-time in the UK for the past 14 years. My son is 3 years old and as a British Passport. I decided to apply for Residency with my partner, she also EU citizen.
Basically is; 2 EU nationals with a 3 years old British son living and working in Uk for 14 years!
Can someone please help me out - what SECTIONS I really need to fill on the Form EEA-PR? I am getting so confused with this new Form.

You can leave son off the form, he is sorted..

One of you (the one with best record of exercising treaty rights and with best supporting evidence of it) can apply as main applicant, with partner as a direct family member dependent.
You don't need a sponsor.

The 'monster' PR form is not a mandatory legal requirement, you could go commando and apply using an earlier (simpler) form if you wish.

Are you A8 nationals? Any WRS nonsense to worry about?

Hi, thank you for the quick response.
We are No A8 Nationals, we are both Portuguese and I've been working since I arrive with no issues at all.
What (simpler) form? any chance you can tell me the Form name?
I don't mind to fill this AAE PR one but I really need to know what sections. Its too confuse! I try to phone HO for help but the phone just rings...No answer!

Hi If you are employed you complete the employment section and support with Bank Statements, Payslips, P60s etc
