FLR FP 2nd extension

Hi everyone

I would like to get advice I am looking to extend my visa on FLR FP form 2nd extension and I have booked appointment 13/08/2016, Please could you advice me supporting documents.

I have 15 years in the country, one application was late only 15 days due to case JR was in process back in 2006 and at the end JR was withdrawn by both parties consent and new visa given and then Tier 1 during 2012 applied ILR after 18 months waiting ,2.5 year leave was given to complete the 10 year again my 10 year going to complete next year in June 2016
My daughter is a British Citizen, son 12 year in the UK and 4 year daughter born in the UK.

Please advice me documents those I need to support my application.
