Tier-2 Dependant Visa applying from India

Hi,

In order to apply for my Wife's Tier-2 General dependant Visa from India to join me in UK, I have got few questions regarding the below.

Could any of you please let me know-

1. Can I send the Proof of Funds document (given by my sponsor- stating that company is responsible for 1 month £630 and signed by them) via email or Should it needs to Original instead of scanned doc.
If I can use scanned copy, emailing the document will be fine or Shall I need to send the original via post?

2. While completing the online application form, Can I pay the fees using debit card in India? for both application and NHS fees?

3. Shall I need to sign any of my passport/BRP copies instead of just sending the scanned one's?

All helps regarding this is very useful for me and much appreciated.
