Advice needed please

Dear Sir/Madam.
I want some information as below.
• My husband came in UK in Sept. 2008 on HSMP visa. He got his extension in Nov. 2013. Me and our two son aged 06 and 11 years came in Feb. 2012 as dependent now my husband is British citizen.
• When he applied for his ILR in Sept.2013, he applied for our ILR as dependent/spouse and their legal stay (two year) was completed in Feb.2014. Unfortunately, his was accepted but mine and kids was rejected on ground of five months less time.
• We applied for FLR(m) in July 2014, and we got extended visa valid up to March 2017.
Now I want to know that in March 2017 our legal stay as dependent/Spouse base in UK is completed five years. Can we apply for ILR or further extension and on which form?
