Hi All,
Quick query guys. My Italian wife is working 14 hours a week and is starting university in October. Will she need european healht insurance as she will start UNI or she wiil be ok without it as she will carry on working whilst studying. Appreciatte your comments.

Quick answer: play safe, get CSI.
And if wife is your sponsor make sure you are covered too.

If work is not genuine and effective and/or does not pass UK's PET/MET test (that goes above and beyond the cleaner, purer EU law) then HO may not accept wife is a worker qualified person.

With Brexit looming why risk it?
