i used funds to get my visa from greece .. however i transferred money from nigeria to my 2 personal accounts in the UK and from there to my company's account.

is that acceptable? or will they ask why i did not use my greece account???

UK Personal to UK business account is good practice i think

If I have funds in UK business account is that acceptable ? and I am sole director

They want to see your investment fund transfer from your personal to business account.
