Can I send additional documents for Spouse VISA

Hello,
My wife's application status is below:

online Application submitted on 6/7/2016.
Bio-metric done on 11/7/2016 in Pakistan.
Documents received at Sheffield on 19/7/2016.

I have done a mistake and realized after posting all required documents to the Sheffield. I only submitted NADRA certificate with my supporting documents. Even though I have Nikah Nama in Urdu and English translation done from court as well.

Is there anything that I can do now? Reading through this forum, I am not feeling hopeful.

I know I am not gonna make it and already thinking of a new application and lots of question coming in my mind.

1. If I file new application, assuming I will not have chance to appeal as i know I have done mistake, Will my wife need to go to biometric again?
2. Wife's TB Certificate expiring in end of Novemer 2016, If I get the refusal and I file new fresh application before TB Cert expires, will that be okay?
3. What If with new fresh application under process, TB Cert expires, will that have any impact on application?
4. Will I have to make Survey report again? As I remember it only has 3 months validity?

Please give me direction.

Is this what SoHopeful you referring me to? Do you want me to send Nikahnama and English translation to this address? This doesnt look correct to me.

I want to report that my wife was granted VISA only on NADRA registration certificate few days back. But this doesn't mean you don't send your original Nikah Nama, English Translation along with NADRA marriage certificate with your application. I feel I have been very lucky.

dont miss any documents guys.
