New IT Contractor - Spouse FLR(M) extension

Post by har_vlr » Sat Jul 23, 2016 4:52 pm

Hi All,
I had recently switched from permanent employment to contracting role and I work on fixed period contract with my client in Software industry.
I need to know the documents to be produced to meet financial requirement for my wife's FLR(M) extension within UK.

My situation as explained below:
> I was in permanent employment till February 2016.
> Started contracting from March 2016 with my own limited company
> My wife is not employed and currently in "Spouse Partner Visa"
> Need to apply for FLR(M) extension in September 2016.
> I do not have CT600 for my limited company as I am still in first year of contracting.
> I have earned more than £18600 through salary and dividends as a contractor since April 2016 (Current financial year).
> I have tax returns of past two years to prove that I have earned more than £18600.

Please can someone list out the documents to be produced by a contractor who has not completed 1 year as a contractor for spouse's visa extension?

I am creating a list of documents I intend to produce, please let me know if I am missing anything here:

1) Last two year personal tax returns
2) Last two year P60s and P45s
3) Salary pay slips and dividend vouchers from my limited company since April 2016
4) Personal bank account statement to match salary and dividends for last six months
5) Limited company invoices
6) Limited company bank statements for last six months to match invoices, salary and dividends
7) Current work contract for limited company
\8) Futuristic earnings letter from a certified accountant
