Visit visa for parent

Hi,

My mother had visited me in the month of April 2016 for 3 months returned on June 2016. Her visa was valid for 6 months (Till September). Can she re apply on October 2016 from India for another 6 months after current visa expires.

Or is there a cool off period for visiting visa?

Kindly advice
