Hi all,
I could not get my head round the following statement from the guide and am hoping you could help.
I am applying for naturalisation through the non-EEA route, it states on the guide that:
"Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 (or, if the applicant is married to or in civil
partnership to a British citizen, 3) years before the date of the application
• Your passports OR say why you are unable to provide one on page 24 and
supply
• Letters from employers, educational establishments or other Government
Departments indicating the applicant’s presence in the United Kingdom during
the relevant period"
Does it mean that I need to supply only my passport (with entry stamps) or do i need to submit letters from employers etc as well?
Also as seen from some of the posts here, could I confirm that i need to submit all payslips from the last 10 years from now on.
Many thanks,
M
