Tier2 visa renewal LC20 traffic offence

Good afternoon,

I am currently on Tier2 visa and my visa needs renewal soon. I had a traffic offence 2 and half years ago, offence code: LC20, I was fined £100 and 3 points from my licence. Here come the questions:

1, Does my offence count as FPN?
2, When filling the T2 visa renewal form, do I have to include this conviction in section F of this form (personal history)?

You must give details of all unspent and spent criminal convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) unless they were part of a sentence of the court. This includes all drink-driving offences.

FPNs need not be declared on VISA-Applications.
