*if you had no 'off' periods and just changing employees them maybe you could get a way with replacing employees but for the same job (if it was essentially the same job)

Yes, you are covered by transitional arrangements. a position does not need to be continuous so as long as you create 12 months of employment in a position, you are good.shamsthesun wrote: Thanks Zimba
I'd got my visa in Feb-2014 so I hope I fall in transitional arrangements, please confirm
Also if 1 position sustain 4 months each year for 3 years which makes 12 months in totality , is it acceptable to claim point for 1 full time job?
