TWES to B&C

Hi Everyone,

Need a bit of help on my matter plzzzz.......

My TWES runs out Feb 05.

Can i exchange to full WP.
Any major criteria need to be consider.
My employer will do any necessary thing to support my application.

I am currently studying Professional Management Course.
I have no formal qualification apart from CAT.
Adavantage of speak/write/read CHINESE with current position.

ANY SUGGESTIONS & EXPERIENCES PLEASE.
