Isle of Man woRk visa

good day, I am currently working in London on aTier 2 (ICT) since Sep 2013. My visa expires in Oct 2013 and my company is planning to shift me to their Isle of Man office. What I understand is Isle of Man visas are independent to UK visa but application is via UKBA home office website. Isle of Man is an independent territory with own government and taxation system. Please guide me if I can change from current visa to Isle of Man ICT visa and whether working in Isle of Man will count as UK cool-off period. Will I also need a UK multiple entry business or transit visa to go in and out of Isle of Man. Thank you.
