Does where we get married ie UK or Turkey make a difference to our visa application?

Background
Turkish Man aged 40 - Business ower and land owner
English Women aged 42 - UK Business owner

Ideally
Turkish Man resident in UK for 8 month / annum then back working Turky for 4months / annum
English Women stays full time in UK

In future
Turkish man will want indefinite leave to remain and british passport to allow us to travel

No children are involved.
