Re-Employing someone?

Post by ishfaqsangra » Thu Jul 28, 2016 3:34 pm

I had an employee who worked for me for 6 months (as the contract was for 6 month only).

He has left and It 's been 7 months now.
he has shown interest to rejoin us.

W have capacity to employee someone as we have advertised the job (3 employee are already working,no issues with Job Creation that is fulfilled).

From professional point of view , I do not see any issues with this.

But can Home office show curiosity to ask this looking the same person on FPS after the gap of 7 Months?
He is going to send his CV to my email address(as on add) will that suffice?

Thanks for the input in advance.

I do not see how that is going to be a problem

I see no problem at all. Always helps to write a line about it in your covering letter
