My wife hold multiple schengen visa for eu family member. My question is that as uk doesn't issue visas in Afghanistan can my wife apply for uk spouse visa in any shengen country.

She's afghan national currently living in Pakistan. We will travel to shengen state soon.

Why is that. Afghans can apply in India Pakistan Dubai. What will be the reason that she can't apply in Amsterdam or Paris.

Expanding slightly on Wanderer's correct (if succinct) advice...your wife can only apply for a visa from where she has legal residence. A Schengen visitor visa doesn't give this right. She is a temporary visitor in the Netherlands, not a resident.

I applied just a year ago for uk spouse visa for her in India on a one month tourism visa. She was refused on financial grounds.

I thought it might be the case for us to apply on a tourism visa in Europe as well. Because the processing time for settlement visa in Amsterdam is 10 working days.

Not possible. The application won't be accepted by TLS, the agents in the Netherlands. Is this why you applied for a Schengen visa? In any case, UK visa applications are only processed more quickly in EU states as the applicants are resident there, not visiting as a tourist.

No not really we will be going for holiday because most of my family live in Netherland.

We applied under eu directive 2004 and mentioned we intended to stay there they issued us with type c visa for 90 days.

As I have all the requirements for uk spouse visa. I thought we might apply for uk spouse visa. Other then that we are happy to stay in Netherland with family.

My wife came to Europe on schengen visa issued under free movement law about four months ago.

Her visa is expired now. All the requirement and documents are ready to apply for her uk spouse visa. But the tls were not taking her application becuase she don't have eu Residency card.

But now by the help of my MP who wrote to the immigration minister who has allowed her to make her uk spouse visa application in Europe. Sending me a letter to submit it with the application and tls will take her application.

all the documents are ready except her TB test certificate which is expired. She done that TB test in Afghanistan.

My question is that she have been living in Europe for less then six months. She will need a TB test certificate. There are no approved list of clinics in Europe on ukvi website.

How and where can we get a TB test done or sort this problem?
