Advice on British naturalisation

Post by juniorcares » Sun Jul 31, 2016 2:52 am

HELLO GUYS,

I NEED YOUR ADVICE PLEASE. AM CURRENTLY GOING TO APPLY FOR BRITISH NATURALISATION.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND ABOUT ME

I GOT MY PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN JUNE 2015 AS AN EEA FAMILY MEMBER AND HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE YEAR BEFORE I QUALIFY TO APPLY FOR THE BRITISH NATURALISATION.

I HAVE CHECKED THAT THE FEES IS OVER £1200 AND I WANT TO USE THE NATIONAL CHECKING SERVICE. I AM A BIT WORRIED ABOUT THE GOOD CHARACTER ASPECT. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CRIMINAL CONVICTION BUT I HAVE 3 POINTS ON MY DRIVING LICENCE. I HAVE LOOKED AT THE NEW FORM, IT SAY DO YOU HAVE A CIVIL JUDGEMENT OR CIVIL PENALTY UNDER THE UK IMMIGRATION ACT? DO I HAVE TO SAY YES AND DECLARE MY 3 POINTS IN MY LICENCE OR JUST COMPLETLY IGNORED IT.

I HAD THE 3 POINTS FOR SPEEDING WHICH IS SP30 BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF IT WILL COUNT IN MY APPLICATION. OVER £1200 IS A HUGE MONEY TO WASTE AND WILL LIKE TO SEEK ADVICE IF MY 3 POINTS SHOULD BE DECLARED OR NOT. IF SO WILL THE 3 POINTS COUNT TOWARDS MY APPLICATION?

HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS SOON.

THANKS

JUNIORCARES
