IELTS for PBS dependent

Good day,

i am applying as a dependent under my wife's Tier 2 general visa, she currently working as a nurse, My question is do i need to IELTS exams as a requirement? having some confusions about this because some of her coworkers partners did not have or did not take this exams applying in Philippines, in my case i have been working for almost 3 years now here in Saudi Arabia.

also as an additional question is for the TB test, am i also required to submit this certification? i have searched and have seen that Saudi Arabia is not included in the listings

No ielts required.
TB test, not sure, check the details on uk VI saudi website

No IELTs for dependent visa however to work as a nurse in the UK she will need to do an IELTS test in order to register.
