Can I get ILR ?

Post by akas83 » Tue Aug 02, 2016 12:24 am

Hi,

My appeal case is still pending with FT [ FT --> UT --> FT (now)]. Now my question is that -

1) Once I complete 10 years, can I apply for ILR if I withdraw my appeal ?
2) My Tier1 extension was refused based on genuine earning test but there was no deception and all taxes were paid in full amount too
3) Last 3 years my case is in court, does ILR count this if there is no deception involved?

Any advice will be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance

The tests are the same for 5 or 10 year routes.
