Hello,
My situation is as follows:
1. My sponsor is a A rated sponsor
2. Initial visa UK T2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant Visa
Validity 05/09/14 to 20/09/15
My wife got a T2 ICT Long Term Staff partner with the same validity
This time my employer had certified maintenance for me and my dependent
3. Applied for T2 ICT Long Term Leave To Remain
Validity 29/07/2015 to 03/09/2016
My wife got a PBS Dependent Leave to Remain.
This time also my employer certified maintenance for me and my dependent.
My wife left UK on Aug 2015 and will be returning back by middle to August 2016.
4. I will be applying for another Leave to Remain with the same employer. This time they are going to certify maintenance for me only and not my dependent. My new CoS has been issued and its validity is till December 2016.
So my questions are as follows:
1. Do I have to show maintenance for my dependent if she is applying for LTR along with me? In CoS do the employers specifically mention that they are certifying maintenance for both dependent and main? Or is it like this that if they certify maintenance for Main that in turn implies that dependent is also covered?
2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, then will Indian Bank account statement be enough to show the 630 GBP balance? I have a UK Current account which has a balance more than that for most part of the last 90 days except for a 15 day period. So for that duration if I show a Indian Bank account balance will that be accepted?
3. My current visa ends on 3rd Sept and my wife will be traveling by 20 Aug. Will that be a problem? Is there a minimum period by which a dependent needs to travel before the end of his/her visa?
