ILR Dependant VISA

Post by jayapmm » Wed Aug 03, 2016 2:56 pm

Hello Team,

I am having Indefinite Leave to Remain.
My husband has a Tier 2 ICT Visa with which he can only work for his current company. We got married in Nov 2015 and started living together in UK from Feb 2016.

My husband wants to get rid of Tier 2 ICT visa and get a dependant VISA so that he can work for different companies in UK.

How should we proceed ? Should we be applying VISA under Partner (2-year and 5-year routes)?

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers
J

You would have to submit a FLR(M) application which would set your husband's immigration clock to zero and put him on a new 5 year route to ILR (2.5 + 2.5 years). He will also have to pay the £500 NHS surcharge in addition to the visa fee. A postal application is £811 or if submitted in person at a PSC the visa fee will be £1311.
