Tier 1 refused under 245DD(h) and 245DD(i), Appeal Rejected

Hi all Friends,

I need help urgently, my Tier 1 VISA was refused in 2015 under 245DD(h) and 245DD(i). Now the permission to appeal in upper tribunal is also refused.
VISA was filed together with my friend and we were sharing investment funds of 50K.

What are the chances if I file fresh Tier 1 application seperately now?

Do I need to prove source of funds? I have about 30K available and rest of amount I will arrange from back home(pakistan). Can I also use 3.5K from my Credit Card?

Another question, as I need to arrange 50K before 18th August, can I ask my friend here in UK to give money and later by end of this month when I will get money from Pakistan I will give him back. Will it cause any problem in my VISA application?

You need to show you held the full amount in CASH for the last 90 days

Another question, as I need to arrange 50K before 18th August, can I ask my friend here in UK to give money and later by end of this month when I will get money from Pakistan I will give him back. Will it cause any problem in my VISA application?
