Urgent please.... thanks in advance
I was made redundant by my company in March as my company lost its major client. Now they have secured a new contract and they are looking to reabsorb me. However they have informed home earlier (March) about my disengagement per standard procedure. I am yet to receive a curtailment letter anyways
Questions.
1.) Is there a way they can inform home office that I'm now back in their employment as I still have 2 years left on my visa.
2.) Do I need to apply for another visa? If yes, will rlmt come into place?
3.) Can I continue with them while we sort out visa application?
