I am on ILR and applying spouse visa for my Wife. i am in the house where landlord is paying all utility bills. so i don't have any bills on my name.

Can i submit Landlord rental agreement, No Objection Letter, and Polling Card from Council?

Will there be any query from HO?

There wouldn't be much point for the spouse visa application, although I hope you're not without a TV licence in the property as it's a criminal offence with a fine of up to £1,000 + legal costs.
