Entrepreneur Tier 1 50k Investment

I have few questions in my mind to clear,

I applied for my business 50k route visa in may 2013, but refused for just not enough market research, appeal against the HO decision and got visa in may 2014 while in the appeal process i tried to open a business account but bank refused they need to see the visa, by that time i have invested about 30,000k from my personal account , when i opened a business account in 2014 i also transferred about 20,000, my question is while going for an extension the HO office will accept this ? i have also invoices for the fund i invested from my personal account , like office rent, purchase furniture, purchase office equipment. i also would to add my turnover was about 50000k last year and also the forecast for current year is going to be about 70,000k.

Please need your advise.
