Its UKVI now. (UKBA was abolished in 2013).toby23 wrote:haha...well yeah, we are getting married soon ). But the question is how easy is the green signal to get married. I mean these days they refer the cases to Home office to check if the marriage is legitimate, which is fair enough. But in my case, my visa expires in Oct and I'll give notice end of Aug. Do I have sufficient time for the go ahead from UKBA ?

We are planning to send two applications together in one bundle
EEA2 - FM for me and DCPR for my partner.
May I politely ask you to give a list of documents for both the applications?
Has anyone been through the same process. What are the dos and don'ts.
Does my partner needs to get a letter from his last employers to confirm that he has worked with them or P60 with payslips will be sufficient.
Thanks
Best,
