Tier 2 application question

Hi All,

I have dropped my application for Tier2 general extension from the same employer on 25th May 2016.

Its been 41 days since i dropped the application, biometrics given on 8th July.

What is the current processing time to get the documents back?

Is there any way I can push my standard application to premium?
