What would be the earliest date to apply naturlisation?

This query is about my mrs naturalisation application when she can apply?
1st Arrival in UK as Tier1 General dependent: 05-11-2011
Got ILR on: 20-12-2014
So when she can apply for naturalisation?

Dec 2015 to be free of immigration time restriction.

But presence in UK 5 years earlier (from date of application) is also required.
So wait until Nov 2016.

That is, unless you are a BC, then presence in UK only goes back 3 years from application date.
So wife could apply now (ie any time after Dec 2014)

Also assumes all other requirements have been/can be met.

Remember that she must prove that she was in the UK exactly five years to the day before the date of the application. That is non-negotiable and no discretion can be applied to that requirement.

I take it that you are not a British citizen.

Yeah I am not.... I have recently applied for naturalisation.
