Brief accounts on company house web &full accounts submitted

I have submitted my accounts ending october 15 in Jan16.
One thing I noted that in breif accounts uploaded on company web under creditors...amount falling due after one year is descibed but no director loan or my name.
In accounts submitted it is same but it is explained in notes details under creditors....amount falling due after 1 year...as directors loan(my name)...
Does the name should be in explanatory notes ?
Or on initial summary as well.secondly not sure about company website.
Any suggestions or views please.

The accounts notes do not appear on abbreviated accounts usually submitted to companies house. What you submit to HO matters only. Ignore the companies house records

Yes BUT AGAIN submitted documents to the companies house do NOT have any influence on your extension application per se. HO will make decisions on your application based on the evidence you submit with your application
