OCI recieved in london

Hi is there anyone who have there OCI dispatched from New Delhi on 4th of august. But then status for received in London hasn't appeared after then.

My OCI was processed on 3rd of august and dispatched on 4th of august. But since then no status update for received in London.

Can someone also let me know if there is any contact number i can call to have an update . VFS are of no help.
